We are now using an online service called Engage Consult. It can be accessed via our website on your computer, mobile or tablet device. It is easy to use.

This service does not offer repeat prescriptions. Please use the following patient access link for this service. Please note this service requires a PIN number.  If you don’t already have a PIN number these are available from reception.

With Engage Consult, you create an account secured with a password so there is no need to type in your details every time you contact us. You can use the link below to access our patient portal or download the APP via the APP store (iphone) or Play Store (Android).

  2. HRT Review - Pre Appointment Information Collection

  3. Request to Continue New Medication

  4. Self Referral to Primary Care Mental Health Services

  5. Self Referral to MSK Physiotherapy Services

  6. Self Referral to Maternity Services

We anticipate continuing to expand the services available to patients via Engage.

The practice will aim to respond to Engage requests within 1 to 3 working days, however this may take longer if we are exceptionally busy.

Please look out for either a reply message in your Engage Consult account, a telephone call, or in your email account.  

It is your responsibility to action responses from the practice via Engage.
